Jonathon Hazell is an assistant professor in the Department of Economics at the London School of Economics, affiliated with the Center for Macroeconomics and the Center for Economic Performance.
He works on applied macroeconomics, with a focus on labor markets. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Cambridge and his PhD in economics from MIT. In 2020-2021 he was a post-doc in the Department of Economics at Princeton University, jointly at the Julis-Rabinowitz Center for Public Policy and Finance and the Griswold Center for Economic Policy Studies.
Jonathon Hazell joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in May 2023.
