Elena Shvartsman is Assistant Professor of Economics at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. She obtained her PhD in 2016 from the University of Basel.
Elena’s research is situated within the area of personnel and labour economics and relates to topics in health and behavioural economics. Her current main research interest is individual well-being in the work-place.
Before conducting her PhD, Elena worked as an analyst in an asset management company in Zurich.
Elena joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in June 2017.
