We then turn to the more interesting case of a non-na�ve media that biases its reports. We show that even when the board is a perfect Bayesian one, which means that he is aware of the media bias and takes the bias into account in his calculations, the media can influence the decisions he makes, and actually can influence the appointment of senior employees in the market. It is noted, that the model presented in this chapter can describe other situations where one bases its decisions on signals he receives and signals reported by the media. For example one can think of a judge that has to decide whether to convict or acquit a defendant where the media also has interest in the verdict and it tries to influence the judge's decisions. Another example can be a voter that has to decide whether to vote for a specific candidate or not, where his decision is also based on signals he receives and on information provided by the media.
