Dr. Robert J. Oxoby is a Professor at the University of Calgary and a Research Fellow of the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (program on Social Interactions and Individual Well-Being) and the Institute for Advanced Research. Rob received his PhD from the University of California at Davis. His research interests include framing effects driven by the structure of incentives, identity in employment relationships, and the formation of political and social institutions. His publications have appeared in the Quarterly Journal of Economics, the Economic Journal and the Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization.
He joined IZA as a Research Fellow in January 2007.
