Anna Stansbury is an Assistant Professor of Work and Organization Studies at MIT Sloan School of Management and on the Core Faculty of MIT’s Institute for Work and Employment Research. She received her PhD in Economics from Harvard University in 2021. Her work focuses on labor and macro economics, with her primary research agenda focused on power and institutions in the labor market (like monopsony, unions, and the minimum wage). She also has a strong interest in determinants of labor market disparities and inequality.
Anna joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in May 2023.
