    Lena Lindahl (PhD, Stockholm university 2008) is assistant professor at the Swedish institute for social research at Stockholm university. During 2010-2011, she was member of the 2011 Long Term Survey“ at the Swedish Ministry of Finance.

    Her research is focused primarily on questions related to labor economics, behavioral economics and economics of education. Her recent work examines the relationship between time preferences during childhood and long-run social and economic outcomes.

    She joined IZA as a Research Fellow in August 2014.
